Experimental fish facilities to conduct in-depth stress research almost operational.

Created by Johan Aerts | Press

Experimental fish facilities specially designed and constructed to quantify stress throughout the fish’s life cycle using a single fish egg, larva, or fish.

Unique on-line monitored experimental fish facilities, as they allow highly accurate quantification of for instance the effect of new molecules, feed constituents, probiotics, vaccines, etc. on the stress level experienced by individual fish or on the other hand when optimizing doses of specific substances or treatments in time in relation to the stress level present in fish, are currently constructed and planned to be operational by October 2019.
